Another Week of Paleo…
…And I have a new Do… yup cut my hair!! IT was time , I had put it off for awhile.
I have plugged along with week with just making new things. I have tried out some fruit smoothies which are good. The downfall to all this cooking…I had to drag out all the little applicances!! hahaa.. So Im re organizing my counters trying to fit it all! I learning to reREAD labels and make sure theres NO sugars in products, they sneak em in.
Simple Salad
I was at Whole Foods and came up with a organic Salad..yummy!!

This turned out really good, a mixed variety of basic veggies with pork. I also added some quinoa!!

Almost a week..
Under my belt of Paleo…
My biggest challenge is planning my meals ahead of time.
I have found that Chipotle and Qdoba are paleo friendly places to eat.
My goal for this weekend is to make more bread and improve it just a little.
